Daniel Todd Fleischer has been practicing estate planning and probate law since 2001 and has been the managing partner at Daniel T. Fleischer, P.A., and 411probate.com since 2012. Licensed to practice law in both Florida and Illinois, Daniel holds a top AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a five-star rating by Avvo, two leading organizations providing information on legal professionals to the public. With offices in Plantation, Aventura and Boca Raton, Daniel delights in helping individuals and families in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties protect their assets and plan for the future while aiding individuals, families, and corporate fiduciaries through the Florida probate process.
Daniel is a 1993 graduate of Deerfield High School, a well-regarded public high school known for its college preparatory program. He attended the University of Miami, where he served as Student Government Treasurer and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 1997. He was next admitted to the University of Miami School of Law, earning a combined Juris Doctorate law degree and Master’s in Business Administration (JD/MBA) in 2001.
Prior to establishing his own law practice, Daniel worked as an Estate Tax Officer for Northern Trust Bank (2004-2006)and Regional Probate Administrator for Northern Trust, NA (2006-2009). From 2009-2010 he served as a Trust & Fiduciary Specialist for Wells Fargo Private Bank/Wachovia. He then joined the offices of esteemed Boca Raton estate planning attorney Craig Donoff (z”l) before opening the doors of Daniel T. Fleischer, P.A., and 411probate.com in 2012.

Additionally, Daniel is a member of the Board of Directors of CareSource, Inc., and served on the Board of Monarch Care from 2011 to 2013.
Daniel is a member of Temple Beth Emet in Cooper City and the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, where he serves on the Federation’s Professional Advisory Committee. He additionally serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the ADL of South Palm Beach County.
